Es un excelente lugar para vacacionar con la familia, la atención es perfecta, si reportaba algo de inmediato acudían a checar, en el restaurant la encargada es una persona muy amable, siempre atenta a lo que se le pedía lo único "malo" es que su menú no es muy variado; el wifi y la señal solo en áreas abiertas pero la paz y tranquilidad permitirá olvidarse del exterior. Nos tocó que se realizó una boda durante nuestra estancia, vimos los preparativos previos y tus les gente dedicada, al día siguiente todos los comentarios eran positivos con respecto a la organización. Lo recomiendo.
Muy buen lugar a decir verdad, llegamos el día viernes por la tarde, y desde el primer momento se sintió un lugar acogedor,las instalaciones se ven antiguas pero no maltratadas. La habitación era bastante cómoda(nos instalamos en casa blanca 1), había agua caliente en la regadera, el baño estaba limpio, la verdad la cantidad de canales no le tomamos importancia ya que casi no estuvimos en la habitación. La alberca estaba limpia, la temperatura del agua bastante agradable. El servicio de comida fue bastante satisfactorio, la comida tiene muy buen sabor y la atención fue mas que agradable, por parte de la encargada fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros y en los días que estuvimos ahí no escuchamos ninguna queja para con ellos. 100% recomendable, apto para niños
Es un buen lugar para ir en familia, los toboganes tienen fallas en el diseño por lo que es difícil de usarlos aunque se ve que están haciendo remodelación, las albercas están limpias y a buena temperatura, el servicio es bueno y las personas son amables, las instalaciones están limpias. En general es un buen lugar para visitar
Buen lugar, buen personal y buena ubicación, aunque un poco escondido. Solo que después de cierta hora empiezan a llegar personas a tomar clases o algo así.
